I made a reservation online through budgettruck.com and chose the liability coverage and damage waiver I wanted. When I picked up the truck, they confirmed to me the estimated total based on the features I requested online. However when they printed out the contract, they added all kinds of extra insurance and protection without any explanation. Classic bait and switch scam. They also slapped on a $10 after hour return surcharge which I only found out when I received the bill the next day. Very dishonest. Do not rent from them.
