Rented a Budget Truck on Line and when we went to pick it up they did not have the truck we paid for available, in-fact stated that they never have that size! False advertising and unfortunately no choice but to take the bigger truck that cost more.
The Truck was FILTHY and get this... it is a tire place that rented it out and we had an issue with 2 tires shortly after leaving the lot and I was charged $700 to repair the already worn tires!!!! I'm not a TIRE person and didn't think to check them but I did have a video that when you look at them they look like there was dried CEMENT or mud on the tires that caused chunks to start falling off as I was driving!
Apparently, they are not in the business of keeping customers safe!!!!
