rented a budget truck from here. they never called to say that they didn’t have the truck- THE DAY OF MY MOVE- they had no trucks and the 12 year old girl at the front desk said she couldn’t give me any other trucks, despite the lot was FULL of other trucks. called Budget customer service and apparently they revive alot of complaints from this location.
